Due to flooding in Bangkok, Thailand, all update news server for the 2 training workshop which located at AIT-Thailand is currently deactivated. Campus Networking The Internet Education and Research Laboratory and National Agency for Science and Technology Information Objectives: · To train thirty (30) network engineers from member institutions of the Vietnam Research and Education Network on the topic of campus networking and related topics; · To train network engineering staff on how to develop a strategic design plan for their campus networks; · To impart implementing best practices in campus network design, with particular emphasis on layers 1 and 2; and · To improve technical skills with network personnel in operating their physical network Finances: A local participation fee shall be collected to defray expenses on food (lunch breaks and coffee breaks), computer rentals, materials, and other miscellaneous expenses which shall be incurred related to participation of locals. Registration Fees: 300USD for local (Vietnamese Participants)
